Visit Biddeford on October 2 + 3 for Maine Craft Weekend 2021Home to a historic downtown, quickly redeveloping mills and Maine‘s fastest growing community for people under 30, Biddeford joins Maine Craft Weekend (MCW) as a Featured City. Visit downtown Biddeford’s rich fabric of local artisans and craftspeople working out of their studios, makerspaces and retail stores. Weekend attendees will be able to experience a variety of craft in Boatbuilding, Woodworking, Fiber Arts, Weaving, Jewelry & Metalsmithing, and other fine arts when visiting partnering businesses and organizations including Engine, Common Roots, The Compass Project, Bike Part Art, Sugar, Trillium, Kyle Binette, and Screwloose Arts. Angelrox invites weekenders to visit SugerBōle, their new boutique and provisional shop located in Biddeford’s historic mill. In addition to their locally crafted sustainable plant-based fashions, the shop features numerous local artists, craftsmen, and makers along with farm-fresh goodies including gluten-free delights from Bam-Bam bakery, beers from Maine brewers and more.
