Maine Makers COVID-19 Response

In an effort to coordinate the wonderful efforts individuals are making throughout Maine to sew, 3D print, and laser cut personal protective equipment for medical professionals, we’ve created a registration form where makers can register their capacity and location. We’re hoping to coordinate with the state as soon as possible to create a top-down and bottom-up supply chain. We’re actively reaching out to healthcare facilities and first responders as well, to determine who needs what.

If you have a functioning 3D printer, sewing machine, or laser cutter, we’d love to know who and where you are so we can loop you into a coordinated effort. Please fill out this simple form and THANK YOU. We’ll be in touch.

Engine is and has been a focal point of downtown Biddeford for many years for so many artists and creative spirits. It is a go-to for me: a retreat, a destination, a source for connection and ideas and community.

Engine is a wonderful place to work surrounded by wonderful people who have infused so much love and light into the downtown of Biddeford. I cannot imagine a bright future in the town without this wonderful organization.
