Our venue is located at 128 Main Street in the heart of downtown Biddeford. The ambience of having your event in such as space surrounded by art is unique to the downtown. The space is available for public events and private functions.


Surface street parking, including Main Street, remains free but time limited to 2 hours through 6pm daily (except Sundays and holidays). Parking your vehicle at 4pm does not require a move until 1am the next morning. No parking on Main Street from 1am-6am daily. Parking fees apply 24/7 to the City-owned surface lots and fee is payable at kiosks located next to the lots. For more information and a map, click here.


Rental Fee: $30/hr plus $60 for setup/breakdown (minimum $90).
Engine requires a staff person to be on-site during event for opening and closing which typically takes about an hour for each in prep of the space and cleaning afterwards.

80 white chairs (40 folding/40 IKEA stackable)
Tables: 4-6 6′ tables and 3 small 4′ tables
10 tall chairs
15 wooden stools
Sound system for background music with access from a laptop, iPod, or iPad for access to Airplay
ADA accessible entrance and bathroom
Air conditioning
A 109″ wide pull-down projection screen
$50 PA system
$25 Digital Epson projector (requires your own laptop)
Alcohol: You can opt to bring your own wine/beer/spirits that will NOT BE FOR SALE, with your own glassware, serving utensils. You may also bring in your own catered bar as long as that caterer has a license to serve alcohol.
